4- In some countries, people add liquid flavor or serums or jasmine flower in the rice while cooking it results in the fragrance or flavourful taste. Which they enjoyed by eating with side dishes.

5- You can add whatever flavor you want. It can be artificial or natural flavors. Or it can be spice-like cloves or basil leaves as well.
